Gotthard Live is an information service providing real-time traffic data for the Gotthard Tunnel (A2, Switzerland), algorithmic forecasts, webcam images and information about scheduled closures. The service is free and accessible to all.
3. Limitation of liability
Information provided by Gotthard Live is purely indicative and does not constitute professional travel advice. Gotthard Live does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or continuous availability of the service. Users rely on information at their own risk. Gotthard Live is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
4. Data sources
Traffic data comes from publicly accessible third-party sources (gotthard-traffic.ch, TCS). Gotthard Live is not responsible for errors or omissions in original sources. In emergencies or road safety situations, users must always refer to the competent authorities (Cantonal Police, ASTRA).
5. Intellectual property
The design, source code, original texts, logos and editorial content of Gotthard Live are the exclusive property of the service owner. Unauthorised reproduction, copying or distribution is prohibited.
6. Advertising
Gotthard Live uses Google AdSense for monetisation. Ads are managed by Google LLC. Gotthard Live is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Service changes
Gotthard Live reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. These Terms may be updated periodically.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute arising from use of the service, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bellinzona (Canton Ticino, Switzerland).
