Gotthard Traffic – Pentecost
The Pentecost weekend (50 days after Easter) is traditionally one of the busiest of the year heading south, with already summer-like temperatures in Ticino.
Recommended route
Use the A2 Gotthard in the green windows; if the pass is still closed and queues exceed 8 km, choose San Bernardino (A13).
